For the conference following conference fees and rules apply:

The conference fee includes: conference organization and materials, refreshments at coffee breaks, and a buffet lunch on Thursday.
Registration for the conference will be online from July to August 2019.
Also, during this time, a conference social event with dinner, a quiz challenge, and a surprise-act will be organized and scheduled for Thursday evening. Registration and tickets will be available via the conference’s online registration for 20 € / 500 CZK. Dinner will be in the form of buffet, and will include vegetarian meals.
On Friday afternoon, after the conference’s official end, an exciting walk on historical LGBTQ+ places and sights in Prague guided by historian dr. Jan Seidl will be organized. Registration and tickets will be available at the conference’s venue for 8 € / 200 CZK (as a donation to the Czech’s Centre of Queer Memory).
